The Solestia Group has purchased three hotels in Cannes from the Greek real estate investor, the Azur Selection, which acquired the portfolio in 2024. The three hotels comprise 106 rooms in total. The family-owned group Solestia also plans to open a hotel and restaurant in Nice in 2026.
