Sofidy acquires two Korner hotels in Paris from private investor
Sofidy has acquired two Paris hotels operated under the Korner brand in a sale-and-leaseback transaction with a private investor. The portfolio includes Korner Opéra in the 2nd arrondissement and Korner Eiffel in the 15th arrondissement. The deal value is reported at just under €10 million.
