Signature Hotels acquired by Grand Metropolitan Hotels
Zurich-based Grand Metropolitan Hotels (GMH) has acquired London-based Signature Hotels, including four operating UK properties and two upcoming hotels in India. The deal marks GMH’s entry into both markets and strengthens its global boutique hospitality presence.
