RLAM breaks ground on 645,000 sq ft scheme in Coventry
Royal London Asset Management Property has started construction on Pickford Interchange, a 645,000 sq ft employment-led scheme in Coventry. The £48 million first phase will deliver nine industrial and logistics units by mid-2026 and aims to create up to 1,665 jobs locally.
