Cofinimmo sells Edegem office building for €7 million
Cofinimmo has sold a 3,800 sqm office building in Edegem for approximately €7 million. The property, originally developed for local police services, was part of the company’s PPP portfolio and is fully let. The sale exceeds its book value as of mid-2025.
