Southbay and Nrep launch logistics JV with SEK 3bn Sweden target
Southbay and Nrep have formed a joint venture to develop modern, sustainable logistics properties in Sweden. The first project is located in Malmö's Norra Hamnen district and will feature 40,000 sqm of new facilities. The partnership targets a portfolio value of SEK 3 billion.
