Orion completes acquisition of majority stake in Corinthia Hotel Lisbon

Orion Capital Managers (Orion) and International Hotel Investments (“IHI”), owner of the Corinthia Hotels Group portfolio and brand, to confirm that the transaction announced in January 2026 [we reported] is now completed with an entity managed by Orion and majority owned by the Orion European Real Estate Fund VI having acquired a 72% stake of the five-star, 518-key Corinthia Hotel Lisbon.

The Corinthia Hotel Lisbon, the largest five-star hotel in the city, is a landmark luxury hospitality asset and will continue to be managed and operated by Corinthia Hotels Limited under the Corinthia brand.

Jones Lang LaSalle acted as transaction and finance broker, Vieira de Almeida and Abreu as legal counsels (of respectively Orion and IHI) with Ficope and Arcadis advising on the technical aspects.
