Oberland and RealVantage to buy historic Heathcote hotel in Manchester
Real estate investor Oberland has teamed up with global investment platform RealVantage to acquire the historic Heathcote Hotel in Manchester, formerly branded as the ABode Hotel. The new owners are planning a significant restoration to sensitively revive the Grade-II listed property.
