JM has launched construction of 96 tenant-owned apartments in the Kvarnholmens Krona project, marking the final stage of the Sillkajen area in Kvarnholmen, Nacka. Sales are ongoing, with occupancy planned for Q3 2027 and completion by year-end 2027/2028.
