Eileen Teichmann appointed director of asset & property management at MLP Germany

Since the beginning of January, Eileen Teichmann has joined MLP Group as director of asset & property management for Germany and Austria. In her new role, she is responsible for overseeing the property portfolio and managing the existing assets.

Eileen Teichmann has held the position of director of asset & property management for Germany and Austria at MLP Group since January 1, 2026. MLP Group is a developer, owner and manager specialising in brownfield sites, with a focus on commercial, industrial and logistics parks. Her responsibilities include portfolio management, tenant relations and lease management.

Teichmann brings around 15 years of professional experience in asset and property management. Most recently, she served as head of asset management Germany at Melcombe Partners, where she was responsible for portfolio value enhancement, strategic leasing concepts, budget control, and the strategic and operational asset management of logistics properties.

Her previous career stages include senior positions at the Four Parx Gruppe, including authorised signatory, head of property management and managing director of the group’s energy subsidiary. In addition, she gained extensive experience at BEREM Property Management (Beos AG), Apleona Real Estate Management and Wertgrund, working in asset management, property management and key account management across the logistics, office, retail and residential segments.
