Eden Living invests in 58-unit BTR project in Tampere

Eden Living is expanding in Finland with a new build-to-rent investment in Santalahti, Tampere. The 58-unit scheme will rise on the shores of Lake Näsijärvi, just ten minutes by tram from the city centre. With balconies in every apartment, selected lake views and an EPC A rating, the project combines urban connectivity with waterfront living.

The apartments will range from studios to family homes, and all units will feature a private balcony. The Santalahti waterfront offers a range of outdoor activities and an attractive living environment. Selected apartments will provide views over Lake Näsijärvi.

The EPC A-rated building will be energy efficient and aligned with the EU Taxonomy. Construction will commence immediately. The project will be built by Pohjola Rakennus Oy Suomi.
