Dominus and Cheyne Capital JV secures planning for City of London’s Ibex House
The joint venture between Dominus and Cheyne Capital has received planning approval to redevelop Ibex House in the City of London into a 382-room hotel. The vacant 250,000 sq ft office building will be transformed into a full-service hospitality asset, designed by Studio Moren.
