Covivio secures anchor tenant for Berlin’s Loft by Covivio
Covivio has successfully completed the revitalisation of its Loft by Covivio office project in Berlin-Mitte, launched in 2021, and announced an anchor tenant: a listed communications company has signed a lease for 4,400 sqm. This brings the occupancy rate to 75%.
