Corum acquires TH Lazise Hotel Parchi del Garda from Marlin Real Estate

French asset manager Corum Asset Management has acquired the four-star TH Lazise Hotel Parchi del Garda in Lazise from Marlin Real Estate, a subsidiary of London-based Algebris Investments.

The property, located near Verona and overlooking Lake Garda, features 233 rooms, multiple dining outlets, an outdoor pool, and a conference centre with nine meeting rooms.

The hotel is operated by TH Resorts under a long-term lease agreement signed in 2021, providing a stable income profile. JLL advised Marlin Real Estate on the transaction.

According to Alberico Radice Fossati, Country Leader & Head of Capital Markets at JLL Italy, the deal underscores the growing appeal of Lazise as a leisure and business destination, reflecting the continued strength of Italy’s hotel investment market.
