Commerz Real buys Dublin student flats from Iveragh for €22.35m
Commerz Real's Institutional Smart Living Fund continues to grow. The fund manager has acquired the “Swuite” student residence, owned by the Iveragh Group, for around €22.35 million. Completed in 2018, the property has been held in the portfolio ever since.
