Barjane starts construction on 106,000 sq ft Rugby logistics site
Barjane has appointed Glencar Construction to deliver its 106,000 sq ft logistics facility at Central Park, Rugby. Located in the heart of the UK’s Golden Triangle, the high-spec scheme aims for BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and EPC A+ ratings. Completion is due in Q1 2026.
