Aroundtown returns to Australian bond market with dual issuance short title

Aroundtown has placed two senior unsecured bond tranches of AUD 300 million each with maturities of five and ten years. The issuance was heavily oversubscribed, generating an order book of more than AUD 1.9 billion, and the AUD exposure was fully swapped into euros.
