Russia’s first green mall developed according to the urban green concept to appear in 2016
The first shopping centre in Russia to comply with international green building standards will appear in northern Moscow by the end of 2016. The property, which will have a GBA of 315,000 sqm and GLA of 129,000 sqm, is being developed by OAO Krasnaya Presnya.
