M&M and Longbow purchases Rope Walk Shopping Centre
National law firm Irwin Mitchell’s real estate team has advised a JV set up by M&M and Longbow on the purchase of the Rope Walk Shopping Centre, Nuneaton – the first property for its JV shopping centre fund. The purchase price of the 205,000 sq ft. shopping centre was around £24 million.
