Hotel investment market carries over strong momentum into the new year
According to real estate consulting firm Colliers International, the hotel investment market carried over its strong previous-year momentum into Q1 2015. With a transaction volume of more than €617 million, the hotel investment market recorded a year-on-year increase of 174%.
