Harbert Management acquires £137m Emperor portfolio from Goodman
Harbert Management Corporation (HMC), with asset managers XLB, advised by CBRE, has acquired a portfolio of prime UK business park assets, with a sale price of £137m, from Arlington Business Parks Partnership („ABPP“), which is jointly managed by Goodman and Legal & General Property.
